	<summary  type="text/html" ><![CDATA[ 	<p>Learning to be an early bird was truly one of the best things I ever did for myself. I used to lay in bed until the last possible minute. But forcing myself up in the morning to do devotions and exercise was so important to my success.</p>
	<p>Good for you on making the change. It isn't easy!
