		<title><![CDATA[ Re: Strange Week. ]]></title>
		<description><![CDATA[ 	<p>I generally ate about 1500 calories all along my whole journey, from beginning to end. You can either bump them up and then bring them back down or just keep doing what you've been doing.</p>
	<p>If you are genuinely hungry then you may need to increase them, or really be careful what kinds of foods you are eating.</p>
