		<description><![CDATA[ 	<p>I think maintaining during your first trimester would be a reasonable goal, that way if you lost a bit then you would be happy! It sounds like you are doing really well being able to keep up with the exercise in spite of pregnancy sickness. I hope your trip goes well!

		<description><![CDATA[ 	<p>Taryl, You are doing SO WELL- look at how far you have come and try not to stress about the numbers after the decimal. I found healthy eating impossible both times I was pregnant, it was just a different kind of hunger, so massive respect to you! I also found exercise impossible with morning sickness, except for pregnacy yoga, so you are doing 100% better than me in that direction too.</p>
	<p>I've lost 16lbs this year and have got up to week 5 of the C25K programme. another 16lbs and I will be back to where I was after loosing the baby weight after Lilac was born. I'm so annoyed with myself for putting such a lot back on!

	<p>Just keep on eating healthy and exercising - there are a lot of changes that go on inside that don;t get reflected on the scale (pregnancy not withstanding!).
