	<p>To answer your questions/suggestions, I actually do take a calcium supplement because of my lack of dairy, and my bike is a recumbent already.  I seem to be hitting my belly worse on that than on my upright road bike!</p>
	<p>Oh well, not much to do for it, it seems :)
