That's good you stay positive regardless of the scale readings. I need to work on that. I think I will start looking at it from your perspective. I normally try to do that, but sometimes it's hard. I do know when it's time for the montly visitor, not to expect the scale to show a difference because of the water retention. You are doing great! Keep up the good work!
