Yes, pictures are still missing. It has been a hectic few days and I was never in presentable condition by the time my husband got home to take some pictures. So I am tentatively revising my claims of 'new progress photos today!' to 'new progress photos *this week*!'.

I'm lame like that.

In other news, I am coming down with a cold, and snuffling Zicam for all it's worth. That could be why I have been so exhausted the past few days too. Getting going this morning was next to impossible. I am going to work on a new strength training regimen daily, that's about 10-15 minutes of good exercise, and while I was going to originally combine that with my daily cardio I think I am just going to do it alone for the time being. I missed my cardio yesterday and am purposely forgoing it today so I can focus on what my body is SCREAMING for instead (nap!).

I'll detail the new workout later, but it is very compatible with what I am currently doing and works on slowly and steadily moving a person toward good overall fitness through a series of 'rungs'. LOVE the idea, we'll see about the implementation. I like that it takes so little time, too (never more than 15 minutes) because it is clearly meant to be done anywhere, daily, with no equipment. Sounds good to me, at least!

You are doing an amazing job! Zicam stopped working for me. I use Airborne and Emergen-C now and they seem to do the trick. My son just started showing signs of the flu, so I'm chugging the drinks to ward off the bugs as much as possible!

I think it's so smart to take it easy when you are feeling under the weather. I hope you can kick it out to the curb!

am sure that the main thing in weight loss is the desire to do that, otherwise, all those numerous ways will be useless. A friend of mine all her life has been dreaming of losing weight. And what? All her diets didn't last longer than 3 days, afterwards she began eating everything again.
